We just updated Acumatica to Build 24.203.0023. After doing that our service technicians have been complaining about the App.
When entering the Appointment List, the default setting is for the complete month (Feb. 1-28). Before the update we really could see all the appointments for the month on that list. Now it only shows the first few: Feb 1-12.
If we select “Today”, we can see the appointments for today only, but if we want to see the appointments for yesterday or tomorrow, we have to manually go the filter and set a smaller date range such as this week only in order to see the dates before and after today.
When restarting the app, it again goes back to the default complete month which doesn’t work.
Unfortunately, this is a bug in the mobile app (not just in the Appointments list). Inquiry screens, including Appointments Lists and Expense Receipts, currently display only the first 20 records that match the applied filter.
The good news is that this issue has been fixed in version 2024R209. You can find more details in the Update 9 Release Notes, where it is listed as AC-336938 under Time and Expenses.
Regarding the filters in the Appointments List screen on the mobile app (“All” and “Today”), these are default system filters. For example, the "All" filter is set to display appointments with a Scheduled Date between the first and last day of the current month. However, you can modify these filters or create new ones as needed when managing filters in Appointment Summary (FS400100).

Thanks so much for taking time to respond to this one. I’ve now been able to create a filter for “This Week”, which easily helps our service techs to look things over and does not max out at 20. We are on the “Always Current” option, so we’ll look forward to having the issue of only 20 visible being solved with our next update.
