We run a few automated process overnight, confirm shipments, prepare invoices, release invoices.

Occasionally there are errors in this process, where a shipment or invoice is held back from being processed for some reason.

Is there a way to set up within Acumatica, where these error message are emailed to a specified email address?

This is to with the aim to be more efficient, rather than going into that process, to see if there are any errors.

Thanks,

You need to build a GI for the related screens connected to Automation Schedule History. From there, you can create business events to trigger emails. We use a combination of many GIs, business events and dashboards to monitor the necessary information.

Creating business events can be tricky, read up about best practices.
