Hello experts,

A user gets โ€œundefined: cannot set properties of null ( setting 'lastCompany')โ€ error message when they try to drill down into the details of the monthly P&L.

We are unable to replicate it even when you sign in as the user. They only get it when they sign into Acumatica with their profile. This happening to one user and report is a custom one

Any ideas?

Hello โ€‹@ckaitesi ,

Maybe this is related to the web browser and cache memory.

Did you try this on different workstations and different web browsers?

Please clear the cache memory and ensure that the pop-up blocker on the browser is deactivated.

After that re-check the issue.

Thanks

Hi โ€‹@nhatnghetinh ,

Thank you for your response however, I looked through the solutions provided in there and none could resolve the issue. The user has tried some of them but the error message is still thrown.

Hi โ€‹@ckaitesi

Does the error occur when using User admin?
Does the error appear when users Log in to Acumatica using another web browser?

If you are only getting error with the "monthly P&L" ARM report. Please attach the xml file to this report.

Best Regards,

NNT

Hi โ€‹@nhatnghetinh ,

I have attached the XML file. Only one user has reported to be getting the error message.

Hi โ€‹@ckaitesi

Agree with โ€‹@YasasWithanage76's opinion because as you said only one User has the error so the possibility of reporting the error may be very low.

Please try to do as instructed by โ€‹@YasasWithanage76

Best Regards,

NNT
