Hi. I have an import scenario (attached XML) for opportunities that is tested and working perfectly for individual records. When I go to do the full import from Excel (1171 records), it only imports the first one, even if there is no error. In other words, it will import one correctly, finish running the full import (takes like 15 minutes), then says 1170 records did not import.
Please refer to our I100 certification guide and check following section on page 128. You should be able to alter the scenario and removal of unnecessary ‘Commit’ and enabling parallel processing are couple of options mentioned here.
Let us know if this helps improve the performance.
I do notice several ‘custom’ columns on your import. If you have a test environment, do test the import with default set of columns to compare the impact of customization on Import performance.

Hi @vkumar, thank you for your response! I turned on parallel processing. It imports the first of every 10 records but not the following 9. I also tried removing some commits which did not help. I will try removing the custom fields.
