Import of Opportunities only imports one at a time even though all fields are importing

Hi. I have an import scenario (attached XML) for opportunities that is tested and working perfectly for individual records. When I go to do the full import from Excel (1171 records), it only imports the first one, even if there is no error. In other words, it will import one correctly, finish running the full import (takes like 15 minutes), then says 1170 records did not import.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hi @joelc67

Please refer to our I100 certification guide and check following section on page 128. You should be able to alter the scenario and removal of unnecessary ‘Commit’ and enabling parallel processing are couple of options mentioned here.

https://training.acumatica.com/University/I100/I100_IntegrationScenarios_2024R2.pdf

Let us know if this helps improve the performance.

I do notice several ‘custom’ columns on your import. If you have a test environment, do test the import with default set of columns to compare the impact of customization on Import performance.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Hi @vkumar, thank you for your response! I turned on parallel processing. It imports the first of every 10 records but not the following 9. I also tried removing some commits which did not help. I will try removing the custom fields.

@nhatnghetinh, thank you for sending that. I will take a look.

@vkumar, I have done some testing of removing some of the custom fields, and I have had a successful run. I am still narrowing down which ones.

Thank you so much for your help!
