Is there a way to include configurable components to subcontract shipment?
This item we are trying to set up has fixed materials and configurable components. Once partially assembled, all parts are to be shipped to client site for installation by a subcontractor.
The fixed components are can set up as subcontract - ship to vendor as outside process. But there is no way to set up the configurable components to subcontract - vendor shipment.
Everytime a production order is created with configuration, we have to manually update the configurable materials, for them to be included in vendor shipment and show up the packing list.
Is there a better way to do this?
