Hi everyone,
We’re experiencing an issue with one of our GIs where we need to filter for empty lines in a specific column. We’re using the ‘Is Empty?’ filter, but it doesn’t seem to display all the empty lines.
For context, we know there should be 10+ empty lines, but only 1 line is being shown.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, do you have any suggestions or fixes?

Can you check if there is quick search enabled for the data field you are trying to apply filter?

I agree with Mani - when we have too many or too few results, joins on the Relations tab of the GI are one common reason for duplicates or missing records expected in the results.
If your join is Inner, try Left join instead, where the table containing the Blank field is shown on the Right side of Relations tab. Test the change on one line of Relations at a time if you’re not sure which line to change.
If this doesn’t solve your problem, please show us the Relations tab, show us where the blank field appears on a screen, show us results.
