Error - Acumatica ERP supports only the following web browser

I have an issue below. it occurs couple times a day randomly and everything normal after 5-10mins. Any advice about this, where I can start to look at and review.

Hi Laura,

Thank you for quick response. I almost using Chrome, but when error occur, I tried all browsers (MS Edge, Chrome, Firefox) both Windows and MAC didn’t work.

Hello,

While we wait for your browser version and Acumatica version, I found a post by SWK showing a known issue in older versions of Acumatica.

This is my Acumatica version:
Acumatica Cloud ERP 2023 R2
Build 23.211.0017 +

And I almost upgraded browser to newest version when issue.

Is your system customized? If yes, please try with customizations temporarily unpublished.

Do you know when the problem started? What changed at that time? Was the system upgraded, or added features, or added customizations, or changed user access rights?

was there a fix to this/source of issue? we have customer intermittently getting the same thing. it then “resolves itself” which is a concern.


WE have the same issue.  Shows up on 3 distinct servers all 23R2.211 - one is 218

  • Customized or all customs unpublished and fully removed - still happens
  • All patching on server complete
  • .net framework up to date on all boxes per install spec for 23R2.211-218
  • happens on edge(latest version), chrome latest version, firefox latest version - safari so far does not seem to have the issue0 but our mac population is small honestly
  • closing out the user session and restarting browser seems to resolve- but sometimes it compromises the worker thread and an app pool reset it needed
  • happens on win 10 and 11 and server 2019 with browsers
  • started up about the time of the root cert authenticate changes to remove the certificate company that has been revoked.
  • REbuilding multiple times- multiple systems - even a fresh install to test- same result - the error is intermittent and keeps popping up and disrupting our business
     
  • our Var looked at it and said no other instances, and they didnt see anything wrong…
