Your freight price is based on your shipment, that is why the cost does not carry to the invoice. This can be changed in the shipping terms settings.

Hello,

Is the freight behavior the same with all customizations temporarily unpublished? (Customizations need to be ruled out, as a cause.)

Also please consider that Cost and Price may be two different things. In Acumatica, ‘Cost’ typically refers to the cost your company (the seller of the goods) pays the freight forwarder. ‘Price’ refers to the amount you charge your customer who bought the goods.

@schristensen Thank you for your response. We don’t have any shipping term defined.

I noticed we need to enter the base rate in the ship via code screen for the freight cost to appear in the shipment and AR Invoice.
