I have access to the support portal and can view my cases. How do i add a coworker to this so they can also access all of the casese in the grid?

My pleasure! I just added Case Management to Gregg’s profile. He should now have access to that. He may have to log out and back in to see the changes and in some cases, a password has to be reset.
Your VAR partner Aktion Associates should also be able to assist you with setting things up correctly.
