- How are you hosted with Acumatica?
- If you are privately hosted, the administrator of your system will need to download the newest version from builds.acumatica.com
- You most likely will need to heavily test the customizations as 2018R2 is much different than 2023R1. Some of the customizations may not work at all, so I would start with the releases notes from all versions to verify the changes and there may be changes that Acumatica put in place that you won’t need customizations for any longer.
