Hi there - We want to limit available cost codes to project specific cost codes rather than providing employees with access to the master cost code listing. Currently the employee can see both the master cost code listing as well as project specific codes. We want to remove the option that allows the employee to select from master cost codes. Is this option available?

There is no check-box or configuration option to hide the ‘All’ list of Cost Codes from users in Time and Expense entry. (We can hide projects and tasks with check-boxes on the Project and Tasks screens, but Cost Codes do not offer the same options.)
You may be able to hide the option using customizations.
