Acumatica Payroll – W-2/W-3 and Annual Reports Customizations

Acumatica Payroll W-2s have been tested and are now available in the forms list under Government Reporting. 

For those customers with 2020 R1 Update 112 or later and are live with Acumatica Payroll and needing to produce 2020 W-2s; you can start the process now:

Steps:

1. With your partner or consultant’s assistance, please download and publish the AC186560.GenerateW2.zip customization.  
2. In Payroll > Government Reporting > select 2020 W-2/W-3. 
3. Follow the reporting prompts to review before eFiling the W-2s/W-3.

For those customers with 2020 R2 currently installed, you may also make use of three new annual reports for taxes, earnings, and deductions & benefits to assist in year-end reconciliation. 

Steps:

1. With your partner or consultant’s assistance, please download and publish the AC183652PayrollAnnualReports.zip customization.  
2. After customization has been installed, the reports will display in the Payroll workspace.
