Greetings,

we are currently in the process of integrating a new custom font into our system, specifically on Windows Server 2016, for use within the Acumatica / Haufe X360 environment. The font in question, an open-source font available at Source Sans 3, appears to be installed correctly. It is also visibly rendering in the PDFs we generate. However, we've encountered a curious issue: the generated PDFs are consistently missing certain characters, namely 'i', 'j', 'ä', 'ü', and 'ö'. This peculiar omission has left us somewhat perplexed, and we're currently seeking insights into the potential causes of this anomaly. Any suggestions or ideas on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hello @jwestermann17 ,

Did you notice this previous post related to fonts not rendering correctly in PDF results (answered by David Navasardyan)?

Hello @Laura02,

yep! I searched the whole community before asking in the hopes of finding a solution. The Font is embedded and works perfectly fine, the PDF is just missing certain characters and it does not seem to be a general issue with the font as it works fine in Word, Wordpad, Notepad… you name it. The issue does not seem to relate to a PDF viewer since i have the same problem in multiple browsers and devices.

Hi @jwestermann17 were you able to find a solution? Thank you!
