und zwar ist uns aufgefallen, dass wenn ich einen Haupt Produktionsauftrag AM201500 habe, und bei diesem dann die Aktion “Aufträge für Unterbaugruppen generieren” ausführe, dass dann die Unteraufträge erstmal richtig Terminiert werden, gegen Unendliche Planung.
Wenn ich jetzt jedoch “Produktiosaufträge Grobplanung” AM501000 verwende und z. B. den Hauptauftrag nach vorne verschiebe, vom Termin her, und dann den Hauptauftrag und alle dazugehörigen Unteraufträge (sind in Referenzen miteinander verknüpft) zusammen neu einplane gegen endliche Kapazität.
Dann werden die Unteraufträge nicht wie erwartet richtig vor den Hauptauftrag Terminiert, sondern alle werden als eigenständige Produktionsaufträge behandelt und Nicht zusammengehörig eingeplant.
Gibt es hier also eine Möglichkeit zusammengehörige Haupt und Unteraufträge ordentlich zu Terminieren?

In 2024R2, Rough Cut Planning will provide the end use and error when they schedule a child production order before the parent production order. We will look at enhancing the scheduling algorithm in the future to reschedule the entire multi-level production order.
It is recommended that if any of the subassemblies can be made to stock that MRP is used to maintain stocking levels instead of building multi-level production orders.
Some companies also have implemented Phantom BOMs to assure that all levels of a production order get scheduled in succession.
