Closing a router with labor not release yet

I’m trying to closed production orders. Some of the productions routers have labor from mid 2023.  The routers that the outstanding labor are from former staff who no longer work here.  They are still clocked in and when I try to clock them out the following error is generated.  “Error: Inserting “Clock Transaction” raised at least one error.  Please review the errors:  The financial period is closed in the company”

  1. Does accounting have to re-open the financial period?
  2. Is there a way to delete the labor?

Hi @BOSullivan

You should ask your finance team to unlock the financial period. I believe this is done in the below screen:

I would attempt to open the period and then clock out the users. You may have to disable “Restrict clock entry to current user” under Production Preferences. Then you can Delete the clock entry via Approve Clock Entries.
