Closed Production order with Unreleased Material. How to correct ?

Do you know how I can resolve the materials that are not issued on the production order but the production order is complete.

We are getting somewhat of the same issue when not all materials on the BOM are showing up on the Materials Wizard 2, I'm able to do a partial release or materials and attempt to release the rest of the materials later, when i try nothing pops up.

I changed the “Data Entry Settings” to “Do Not Allow” for Under Issue Materials and when i try to do the move i receive the error that not all materials are issued to the order, but when i go and try to release the rest of the materials, the page blank.
