I have some confidence issues with what our MRP is suggesting. I want to figure out a spreadsheet or series of reports/GI’s to Audit the results. I would love to understand what folks have used in the past to perform this type of operation.

I have reviewed the training and Whitepaper as outlined here.

Try running Recalculate Inventory, and then process MRP.

You could check Inventory Planning Preferences.  This specifies whether to include things like On Hold SOs/POs in MRP calculations.

In general, the Qty to Process is the Demand Qty - Qty on Supply - Qty on Hand.  Note that this is when no min/max is set up.  If you’re using a Min/Max replenishment method, the Qty to Process = Max Qty - Qty on Supply - Qty on Hand + Qty on Demand.

@josborn02 thanks for the info. Here is what I am trying to solve. (this is an export from the MRP display). I have Sales orders and Plans that are invalid for example, the SA’s at the top of the list are actually closed but still drive MRP. Those 2022 plans have long since been completed but are still showing in MRP. So, I am trying to figure out how to audit all of this information to figure out how to resolve them.
