Unable to make test connection with gmail account through imap.

Hello experts, I am facing issue while making test connection with my gmail account i created my gmail app password and used in email account setup but while doing test connection i am getting this error message.

The mail receive has failed. Cannot connect to the host xxxxxxxgmail.com with port 993. Original error: A non-recoverable error occurred during a database lookup.
