Custom Printed Form Not Visible in Sales Order Screen.

Hello Everyone,

I created a custom printed form and added it to the site map. I also created a customization project to allow this form to be printed from the Sales Order screen via Action Menu > Printing & Emailing. However, after publishing the customization, the report is not visible in the menu.

The custom form has the correct access rights and works fine from the Printed Forms screen, but it does not appear under Printing & Emailing in the Sales Order screen.

@jennifer39 Assign a higher customization level to your changes and publish the package. If the same screens exist in two custom packages, the one with the higher customization level will override the lower one.

Have you added access rights for your custom form from the customization editor?
