PrintConfiguration for Shipping Carrier

I am having problems with getting the shipment labels to print consistently. 

I am trying to figure out what is the best configuring, both on the printer itself for the driver and for the settings within device hub.

 

Also I am unsure about which formats for the labels should be selected within the plugin configuration in Acumatica.

Hi @DaleThompson46,

What type of printer are you using? If it’s a label printer, what is the model? Zebra printers (and other compatible brands) support a language called ZPL which is what I would recommend for carrier labels. The ZPL language will give you that fastest and cleanest printing and is supported by all the major carriers including FedEx, UPS and USPS.

Your printer in DeviceHub needs to be configured for raw mode:

 

In the Carrier configuration, you will then need to select the label format:
