Using Edge some reports print to excel and some won't

When using Edge some reports will print to excel out of Acumatica and some won’t.  Any thoughts on why this is?  The excel icon spins and then stops like the report is done, but nothing pops up to open.  Again, only on some reports - example: account summary to excel does not work

Current work around: Log into Acumatica under Chrome and then print the report to excel
