Hello,

My task import process is only creating one record. Leading me to believe it is overwriting the record instead of creating multiple lines. I have attached an export of my import scenario as well as a screenshot below. Is there something I am doing wrong for this process? I have interchanged Subject!Subject and Summary and the results do not differ.

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi NHT,

The tasks import successfully but are missing the related entity and the owner.
I have been trying to use this attached import scenario as well with no luck.

Thank you,
Tyler

@temberson

Here is the mapping we have in sales demo data.

Please use this as a guideline and see if changes are needed in your scenario mapping.

Thanks Ed and NHT! I was able to make it work with some modification to the base template. This is what I ended up with:

And as a note for the Owner field, I needed to relate it to the Employee DefContactID and not the EmployeeID

I had a similar problem with the Task Import Scenario. My import would process all the records but only the last row would actually import. I discovered changing the action line from <Action: Save> to <Action: Save & Close> fixed the issue.

Below is the Import mapping that I had success with:
