Import Scenario Issue

Hello all,
I have been trying to import some data using the following mapping:


 


 

But when i try to import it displays the following error:

@Harry The reason you are getting the error is the the SourceField/Value in correct not sure why it got that value it should Templates.

Try this one i only used a small bit of data and it works
