If you want to add a specific import scenario to the workspace then in the Import Scenario tick the Make Visible on UI and then set the Workplace and Category similair to how you would do for a Generic Inquiry

Hi
Go to Edit Menu on the left hand corner click on it→ select the workspace which you want and click ‘Add Menu Item’ select the menu item→ save and close.
Below is the screenshot to add the import scenario menu item in any workspace.

Simply choose the Menu Settings in Import Scenarios screen.
Because the above process adds a new screen, you will want to use Access Rights by Screen to grant access to the proper roles. By default, a new screen is visible to all users.
