Create Service Orders via import scenario

I created an import scenario to create new Service Orders.  It only works when I run a row individually?  Does anyone know why this is happening??

@KShepherd  That is not the proper way to map RefNbr you need one line for defining the key fields which are srvordtye and RefNbr and one line for each of these keys values from the data provider. In your screenshot you pass the value of refNbr to the Key and mapped the orderType value twice.

Now look at this import scenario which you can see how I defined the keys and mapped value to the key fields

@KShepherd That is because you do not have any mapping for the RefNbr. You need to map RefNbr to a field which has unique value if you have auto numbering on Service Order Numbering Sequence.

But i want to create NEW Service orders and generate a new Ref Number.  I read that i should remove the RefNumber but the scenario requires it.  In my file the Service Order Number column exists, but it has no values.

In my import file i numbered the Service Order Numbers with unique values then updated the scenario to this…. still only allowing processing one at a time:
