Good day.

I am having the strangest thing happening.  I have 7K work centers to update.  I am testing the attached import scenario.  I ran the below together; One was perfect.  The other only partly updated and missed a work center.

Attached is the XML.  What could be wrong.  I tried to add a line number; that screwed up everything with updating the wrong Work center.

Any thoughts.
