Where is Incoming Documents? I do not see this in Enable/Disable Features and it does not appear in our Payables workspace. I saw a video from June 2024 called “What's New in 2024 Acumatica: Forgotten Features of Past Versions” where this is referenced. It seems this would be a very helpful feature.

Its called AP Document Recognition Services
Hello,
Your Acumatica license needs to include the AP Document Recognition feature. Historically this was also restricted to Canada and the US. On the Enable/Disable Features screen, make sure that “AP Document Recognition Service” is enabled. Sometimes you also have to “Update License” on the Activate Licenses screen to get the feature to start working (or sometimes a ticket to Acumatica support).
The Incoming Documents screen will be on the Payables workspace under Transactions by default, but you may need to click on the “Show All” button. It could also be that your currently assigned user roles do not include that screen. Check with your system administrator to confirm.
We recommend that before you start recognizing AP documents from PDF files, you make sure the needed features have been enabled, settings have been specified, and entities have been created, as summarized in the following checklist.
Make sure that a system email account is created with incoming mail processing activated and the Submit to Incoming Documents check box selected on the Incoming Mail Processing tab.
This configuration is needed only if you want automatically submit PDF attachments of incoming emails for recognition.
