Monthy expense by GL/Subaccount

Where can I get amonthly GL expense and revenue report. I need it in the following format

 

Account Subaccount Jan-23 Feb-23 Mar-23 Apr-23 May-23 Jun-23 Jul-23 Aug-23 Sep-23 Oct-23 Nov-23 Dec-23
4000 100-000 1000 2000 3000 400 5500 700 800 900 100 1000 6000 100
5000 125-000 1000 2000 3000 400 5500 700 800 900 100 1000 6000 500

You can use the Datasource on the row set line to pick the Account, Group or Sub.and you can put these in the description box. So yes you would not get a column with the Account and Subaccount as they would both be in the column as the description but the monthly column values would be correct

I do agree @Laura02 Velixo is a more flexible tool

You would need to build a new ARM report you could use the Profit Loss P&L 12 month rolling to get some ideas on how to build it.

Hello,

I don’t think account and subaccount numbers can be printed side-by-side on a P & L designed using ARM.  (Acumatica Community, please correct me if I’m wrong.)

Please consider using the V elixo add-on to solve your question.  V elixo is an Excel add-in that reads Acumatica directly. Acumatica’s financial reports built using ARM (financial reports section of GL Preferences in Finance module) meet the needs of perhaps 90% of our clients. For those with more complex reporting needs, we recommend V elixo.
