Fund Transfer amount is not tally with Journal Transaction amount

Hi 

Anyone know what is the problem below?We have make fund transfer in SGD currency (CF000057,SGD200,000 exchange currency is USD146659.42, However the journal transaction’s (S20110554) amount is not tally with Fund Transfer figure. I done 5 same transaction and only one transaction is capture incorrectly. Could anyone can advise what is the problem? How to make the adjustment in order to capture the correct figure?
