Display GI as a weighted average in Chart

I have a GI for drop shipped items that looks at the selling price on an SO and compares it with the cost on the associated PO. I have a calculated field for margin & margin %.

 

I would like to add this to a chart that tracks the weighted average margin % but the chart will simply give the average of the averages and is not weighted.

 

How can I make this a weighted average?
