Another process has added the 'PMRegister' record. Your changes will be lost

Has anyone else had this error message when releasing a journal entry with a project code?

We figured it out! It was something to do with the project numbering sequence.

@jleblanc  Do you have any customizations on Journal Transactions/Projects screen?

The only customization we have is an integration with WorkforceGO for payroll entries.

@jleblanc , any chance of a duplicate record being inserted into PMRegister table?

Related to what @Naveen Boga asked.  I experience this error the most when a Business Event is involved.  Do you have any Business Events related to projects?

HI @jleblanc, similar to what @bryanb39 said, automation schedules can cause this too, it would be worth checking business events that fire off automation schedules or vice versa automation schedules firing off business events.

Another thing, automated import scenarios which complete actions could be the cause.
