Use Branch to adjust time zone

I am looking for a solution to assist my customer service team to handle calls and schedule field service appointments from other time zones.  We have Branches set up and the Customer Service staff are instructed to select the Branch from the  Acumatica title Bar.  When doing so, we would like the users Time Zone to be adjusted so that the Branch and the time zone allow the Customer service person to create appointments in the customer’s local time zone.

Hello @bmullen94, sorry for the long reply.

This would require customization - there is no current functionality to define the User Profile time zone corresponding to the Branch currently selected.

I also would suggest submitting this as an idea to https://community.acumatica.com/ideas
