Service Techs Commissions

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

In our previous system we were able to pay commissions to field techs. I’m currently working with Symfintek on how to accomplish this in Acumatica. Are their any other service companies that would be interested in commissions paid to service staff based on the Invoiced Service Orders?

The end goal is to payout on the difference of estimated vs actual hours in some fashion. So that if the techs do better than the estimate they would be rewarded.

Hi @amajors Please advise if you are using the “Field Service” Module or with non-stock items(like “Service0001” ) in Sales Orders?

If you are using non-stock item on the Sales Order lines, try defining Service Technicians as Sales Persons in the Acumatica. Hope this helps.

Thanks

We do use the Field Service Module. The issue is that if the line is changed to a different salesman, the salesman assigned to that customer does not get the commission. I need a way to allow the customer default salesman to not be affected and add additional commission to the techs on the job.

The issue is further complicated by having multiple technicians per job.
