We do have this capability on our roadmap. In the meantime, we do have an ISV partner that provides offline capabilities for our Field Service module. Here is a link to it on the Acumatica Marketplace:

Orangekloud Offline Field Service App for Acumatica
The Field Service Engineer using Orangekloud Offline Field Services App can download all the relevant Master Data from Acumatica using the published Acumatica APIs onto his mobile device and then continue to work in Offline mode. He is able to view all the Customer Appointments allocated to him by the Acumatica backend Administrator. He can also add and delete line types like services, non-stock items, Inventory items and reference notes as well as attach pictures and generate a standard service report which is saved as a PDF. The Engineer is also able to view the history of past downloaded appointments by customer and equipment’s respectively. He can also add and replace Target equipment’s during the appointments. Finally uploading the completed appointment back to Acumatica when online.
