I have a scenario where an appointment has been made for a technician and on the same day the technician pulls in a PTO request. How can i create a notification to notify the users that an appointment has already been created on the same timeframe?
I’m thinking it could be possible to configure some notification based on the time slots created by staff schedule rules for unavailabilty. But I need to check this.
