As mobile capabilities expand and become a critical part of your business, what types of devices have you deployed?  Do you have them mounted in the vehicle?  Any extra add-ons for durability?  What features have you found most useful?

We use iphones across the board with over 130 field staff. We use dropbox cases to protect. They remain portable.
