This is a question for partners and users of Acumatica Field Service.

Currently, when an appointment that contains canceled lines is cloned, the created appointment (the clone) gets all lines copied except for the canceled lines.

As users, is this the result you would logically expect? If not, what would you expect and why?

This can well be different for each customer or even user. If I am to be the one who is analyzing, designing and developing the clone, I would add a checkbox to Service Preferences or Service Types or User Preferences or Copy Dialog to ask whether Cancelled Lines should be Included or not and would proceed accordingly instead of making an assumptions that it should or should not include cancelled items. My preference is a dialog inside the clone action to give the ultimate flexibility, then Service order types or User preferences that each one can have their own pros and cons and lastly Service Preferences.
