Points reward screen customization or add on?

Hello,

      I saw we already have a feature be voted:

Add Customer Loyalty/Reward Point accumulation, application, and tracking functionality | Community (acumatica.com)

   But we are dealing a bit different business, we are selling to wholesalers, and wholesalers then distribute to end customers.  So the end customers are not our customers, which are not existed in Acumatica system.
  What we want is to set up a Points reward screen, then the end user can register data on the screen. In this way, by rewarding end users, then would encourage end users to purchase more frequently from distributor and distributor purchase more from us.
  Does anyone know we have such Customization package or add on from software vendors?
