Is anyone else having trouble with the Partner Portal?

I just wanted to ask to see if other people are having issues with the Partner Portal currently? 

 

I can’t open a support ticket, it just spins and spins, and then it will time out.

Hi everyone - My understanding is that IT has identified the potential issue and it appears to be resolved. They are monitoring and if anyone experiences continued issues please let us know. Thank you for your patience!

@Manikanta Dhulipudi Is it working from your Acumatica support side, or do you have access from the member side also? I can see my tickets I have opened, but it is when I click into one or when I try to open a new one that it loads and loads and then times me out.

@Manikanta Dhulipudi this is the error, and yes I have tried a different browser. I know other people I work with who also have tried and are getting this same error after loading for a while.

Seems to be Portal is down now!

I’m specifically having issues opening/viewing support cases. Getting the same timeout error.
