I am trying to add the field ‘workgroup’ to the dialog box that pops up when you click convert to opportunity from a lead. I would like the user to be able to select a workgroup for the opportunity at this point so they don’t forget.
I have found where to edit Dialog: Create Opportunity and can add a new field, but I can’t seem to get it to be a selector of existing workgroups. Not quite sure what I’ve missed.
Is anyone able to assist please?
