Email Hyperlink to Mobile App

We are using Project Issues as a way to create custom forms that users can fill out from their mobile device.  When they close the Issue, a PDF report of the form response gets emailed to them.  I’d like to be able to put a link in the email body so they can click a link that will take them directly into that form response (Project Issue) in the Acumatica Mobile App, rather than taking them into the browser.  Is this possible?
