Compliance Management: Show Active vendors only

Hi -

Is there a way on the compliance management screen (CL401000) to only show vendors that are active?  Our compliance list is showing many vendors out of compliance, but many are inactive vendors we are no longer seeking documents for.  Another layer would be the ability to add the last transaction date for that vendor to help determine if they should be active or not.  I’m unable to edit this since it is not a regular GI.  I appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi @leahcarpenito

It may be necessary to create a GI for Compliance Management and add conditions as we wish.

Please refer to the attached XML file of GI.

Best Regards,

NNT

Hi @leahcarpenito

You create a Filter to only get active Vendors as follows.

Hi - Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, that just makes it so I can search active vendors. It doesn’t update the GI to only show Active Vendors. Vendor Status is not a column on the main GI to be able to filter by.  See below, those highlighted in yellow are examples of ‘Inactive’ Vendors that are appearing on the GI, but since this is a ‘Project’ vs regular GI, I dont know how to add that Vendor Status field to filter by.

Hi @leahcarpenito

It seems that you have not successfully performed the Filter as I instructed.
To check, please send screenshots on your computer corresponding to the screenshots below.

See below. This is not carrying over to the main GI.
