Hello!

We require to view the company who has created the document on the “Approvals” (EP503010) form.

Is there a way that we can add the information to this table?

Also, the user who will be approving the document will not have given access to view the transactions of created company and only be given the summary information to approve the document.

I tried to take the information from a GI connecting Approval table with the Invoice table for an example. But since the user has no access to the created company, results are not available for that particular user.

Hello Amanda,

I invite you to vote for your Idea in this Community, to Add Branch Information to Approvals screen in future versions of Acumatica:

https://community.acumatica.com/ideas/adding-branch-information-to-approvals-ep503010-11869

In the meantime, a Customization will be needed to add the Branch field.  Or, a substitute Generic Inquiry screen that mimics Approvals columns (including Branch column) and allows the users to approve can replace the Approvals screen.

Thank you.
