Audience: This webinar is intended for implementation consultants of the report designer functionality of Acumatica ERP.

Acumatica ERP Experience Required: 3-6 months

Who Should Attend (relationship to Acumatica):

  • Partners who are involved in creating reports using the Acumatica Report Designer
  • Professionals who want to learn Acumatica ERP.

Acumatica ERP version: 2024 R1

Training Description: This webinar will walk you through the process of creating reports, which are used to retrieve data from the system and present this data according to user demands.

Training Syllabus: The program is covered over two days as follows:

  • Day 1: Using Parameters and Filters. Sorting and Grouping Data. In the first session, you will learn how to specify parameters, set up filters, create data groups, and specify sorting criteria for the data in a report group and the data in a report.
  • Day 2: Modifying, Developing, Exporting, and Localizing Reports. In the second session, you will learn how to modify the style of reports, create tabular reports in the Report Designer, export report results by using the Report Designer, and how to localize a report in the Report Designer.

Date and time: This training meets the following two times, and attendees are expected to attend both sessions:

  • Wed, October 16, 2024 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM PT
  • Thu, October 17, 2024 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM PT

*To provide a cloud instance for attendees, we need to generate a registration report and perform some activities to deploy the instance and send out the credentials. All this takes time and we have to do it several hours before the webinar. So we highly recommend not leaving the registration up to the last minute of the webinar start. Everyone who registers after 6 AM PT of Day 1 session will not receive the link to the cloud instance and credentials for it and will have to attend a webinar in a view-only format.

Partner Certification: This webinar is based on the materials of the S150 Report Designer 2024 R1 course. Completion of this class does not give you an automatic completion of the related course at Partner University; you will still need to complete the exam at Partner University.

Instructor: Johans Saavedra

In the role of ERP Functional Consultant, Johans Saavedra is responsible of providing solutions in form of customizations using Acumatica Best Practices to makes Acumatica’s Cloud ERP software adaptable to any industry. He is also in charge to conduct Webinars for our valued Acumatica’s community in topics such as: Inventory Management, Data Retrievals and Report Designer and as part of his role he conducts onsite or online Acumatica Report Designer and Data Retrieval trainings to our partners and customer.

Johans has over 29 years of experience in the ERP Software industry (Dynamics SL, Dynamics GP, Sage, and Acumatica). He worked 7 years at Solomon Venezuela where he gained a wide range of experiences implementing and overseeing 25+ Dynamics SL (formerly known as Solomon) implementations local and overseas (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Mexico). Before joining Acumatica, Johans was the ERP Manager for Mohawk Group in NYC where he leaded the implementation of Acumatica including an integration with Amazon to process around 20,000 Sales Order daily. Before that he worked at a current Partner for 15 years combining all the consulting experience with technical skills to build complex reports in multiple platforms. Johans began his career as a COBOL and INFORMIX 4GL developer.

Prerequisites­

For this webinar, attendees are expected to complete A150 Getting Started with Acumatica ERP course and be familiar with the basic and advanced business processes that can be performed in Acumatica ERP.

Advance Preparations

None. Attendees will be provided with a cloud instance and tenant for training purposes.

* We offer CPE credits for this course if you attend the course in the format of online instructor-led RingCentral session. During the session, we measure your attentiveness by using polling questions at random times. We provide the certificate if you have answered polling questions during the session. To get the certificate with the confirmed CPE credits, please send a request to training@acumatica.com after the session is complete.
