Audience: This webinar is intended for consultants who are working with the purchase requisition processes using Acumatica ERP.

Acumatica ERP Experience Required: at least 3-6 months

Who Should Attend (relationship to Acumatica):

  • Partners who implement Acumatica ERP purchase requisition processes for customers.
  • Acumatica end users (customers) who want to learn Acumatica ERP.

Acumatica ERP version: 2022 R2

Training Description: The webinar consists of lessons that guide you step by step through the examples and explanations of the configuration and business process flow in Acumatica ERP.

Training Syllabus: The program is covered over one day as follows:

  • Day 1: Configuring Purchase Requisitions and Processing Purchase Requests and Requisitions. During this webinar, you'll learn about the general workflow of the purchase requisition setup, request classes, how to create a request class, and how to configure budget validation for purchase requests. You will also learn how to process purchase requisitions based on customer requests and employee requests, you will also learn about budget validation, how to select and accept vendor bids, how to process a purchase request based on customer requests, how to process a purchase request based on employee requests, and how to process a purchase request that is not based on customer requests.

*To provide a cloud instance for attendees, we need to generate a registration report and perform some activities to deploy the instance and send out the credentials. All this takes time and we have to do it several hours before the webinar. So we highly recommend not leaving the registration up to the last minute of the webinar start. Everyone who registers after 6 AM PT of Day 1 session will not receive the link to the cloud instance and credentials for it and will have to attend a webinar in a view-only format.

Instructor: Tushar Pandita

In his current role as Senior Business Analyst, Tushar analyzes business issues, defines requirements, construct workflow charts, diagrams and process flows, study system capabilities, and writes specifications for integration with external e-commerce platforms. He partners with other departments like Distribution and Financials to develop integrations with external E-commerce platforms (like Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, etc). He keeps leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results.

Prior to joining Acumatica, Tushar was working as a Business Analyst in Jesta IS.

Please note that if you are interested in getting the CPE credits, you need to install the RingCentral application to your computer. The polling questions are not displayed if you use the browser version of RingCentral.
