Training Description: This course introduces you to the Acumatica ERP CRM functionality based on a set of examples that illustrate CRM customer support processes in a small company.

Training Syllabus:  In this session, you will become familiar with the ways of creating cases in Acumatica ERP, develop a general understanding of case settings, and create a case manually. You will learn how to assign a case manually to a particular owner and assign a selected group of cases to owners or workgroups by using a case assignment map. You will also learn how to make optimal use of the case management capabilities of Acumatica ERP and develop a general understanding of billing settings for a case and case-related activities. You will process a case and notice the states of its life cycle, create an email and an activity associated with a case, associate a case with other cases, and prepare and review an accounts receivable invoice for the case.

*To provide a cloud instance for attendees, we need to generate a registration report and perform some activities to deploy the instance and send out the credentials. All this takes time and we have to do it several hours before the webinar. So we highly recommend not leaving the registration up to the last minute of the webinar start. Everyone who registers after 6 AM PT of Day 1 session will not receive the link to the cloud instance and credentials for it and will have to attend a webinar in a view-only format.

Instructor: Olesia Alpeeva

In the role of Technical Support Engineer, Olesia Alpeeva is in charge of providing third-level technical support to customers and partners of Acumatica Cloud ERP software. Olesia prepares self-service materials such as knowledge base articles, she also takes part in user training as a speaker or assistant.

Prior to joining Acumatica Olesia worked as an Implementation Consultant of another ERP software (SAP). During her career, she took part in the implementation of several ERP solutions to the world-leading company in the gas & oil sector and the largest bank in Russia.

In addition to software, Olesia has experience in sales, marketing, and hospitality.

Ms. Alpeeva holds a degree equivalent to Master in Management of Organizations from Plekhanov Russian Economic University

None.  Attendees will be provided with a cloud instance and tenant for training purposes.
