I have processed a PO Receipt via WMS and released it. I have exited the app and returned later to perform the Put Away transaction. This is not working for me. While in Put Away mode, I am prompted to enter the PO Receipt number. I do that and the system recognizes the number successfully.

It prompts me for the item number so I enter it.

When I enter the item number, I get the error below.

On the other hand, if I move to the Put Away transaction immediately after receiving, everything works appropriately. However, if these could happen sequentially in the receiving process, why would I not just receive to the final put away location?

Kristy,

Good news!!!  This is reported with AC-312193: On the Receive and Put Away (PO302020) form, a user could add items to a transfer receipt that initially did not exist in the transfer, and when the user tried to release the transfer receipt, the transfer receipt was released but the following error was displayed for the related inventory receipt: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

This is corrected in 24.110.0017.
