When creating a new user and giving him permissions, even admin permissions, no previous transaction appears on any screen

Hello

If your new user is in Administrators and Internal Users,

is in the correct tenant,

is in a correct company that has transactions (the correct company is selected at the top of the screen),

all customizations are un-published,

no Company Roles are used,

restriction groups are not activated,

transactions/documents definitely exist in this company,

and the user cannot see transactions,

please raise a case with Acumatica support.

@keyrllosesam158

Hello @keyrllosesam158 ,

Look for Branch Roles in Users screen, like this example.  Sam refers to Branch (or Company) roles like shown below highlighted yellow. He is not referring to roles like “Company System Administrator”.

If you don’t know which roles are Branch/Company Roles, search users screen for the names of your companies/branches, or look on Details tab of Company and Branches screens:

The other piece might be row level security.  If the users is seeing some types of transactions but not others there may be restrictions on things like customers, vendors, GL accounts, etc.  But start with Laura’s suggestion above.  In my experience, way more companies use the Branch/Company access roles than the Row Level security option.

Hello,

If the company has no branches, the Access Role (if used) will be found here:

What other Roles has the User been given? Please show the Users screen with Roles tab. For comparison, please show us the same User Screen with Roles details for a User who CAN see transactions.

Is the site customized?  If yes, please temporarily unpublish all customizations and then sign in as the new User and let us know the results. Thank you.
