"The values in the GS1 Barcode are not valid for the current step"

Question

I am getting a "The values in the GS1 Barcode are not valid for the current step" error when using the Receive and Put away Screen to received goods with a GS1 Data Matrix from a PO. Anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

Hi@info73, can you recheck the requirements for usage of the GS1 Barcode here -https://help.acumatica.com/(W(153))/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=947c9182-7423-41db-8e2d-2472e5c38c79?Does the problem exist with every GS1 barcode or only with specific vendors?
