Dear Connections, 

When I access the Mobile Workspace, I get the message "There is an error in the XML document (5, 4)." At login time, the Mobile App displays the same error message. Please provide advice on this.

@9001 I would suggest backup and unpublish(if any) mobile customizations.

Delete any custom workspace entries.

and start over by adding and testing one thing at a time to find the root cause.
